It’s easy to get a quote, plan and book your coach or minibus tour with Your Coach Hire if you’re looking to head over into mainland Europe (we can even book your ferry or tunnel for you to make sure it links up with the vehicle).

Choose from the UK’s widest range of coaches and minibuses from 16 to 94 seats. For longer trips travelling to or around European destinations we always recommend our executive specification vehicles. Executive coaches offer a higher standard of comfort for passengers and ensure that you enjoy the journey as much as the destination! Air conditioning will come as standard on every vehicle and the larger coaches (49 and larger) should have an on-board toilet facility. Our luxury coaches even have an on-board kitchen!

Our experienced teams are well equipped to deal with complicated itineraries and will advise you on important matters such as drivers hours and road tolls that you may expect on the way.   • Yes, we cover the whole of the UK and provide transport for European breaks from the UK.

  • A 20% deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due 7 working days before the date of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If you need to make any amendments to the booking this is possible by contacting the main office or agent you have been dealing with. All amendments are looked at individually. In the event that the amendment increases the length of the trip additional charges may be incurred. All amendments are required in writing.

  • All drivers hold a valid DBS certificate and can be provided if required.

  • Drivers details are provided the day before travel for the use in an emergency only. The main office line is manned 24/7.
