Absolutely excellent! Drove us all over France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Switzerland....always in a great mood and always helpful and going above and beyond. Neil deserves a pay rise!

This is my 18th long, over 10 days trip, organised by me and through the last 20 years I never ever had such a professional driver, who cares about every detail, who help in many different ways, even if this is not included into his duties. I wish to have Neil always as a driver on any other trips I am going to organise. And thanks to the Company for letting him to look after us.

We travelled to Paris with Neil and could not recommend him more highly! He was so lovely, and was absolutely part of the team, doing whatever he could to support us, from making sure we were hydrated, getting back to the bus early to cool it down, to ensuring he dropped us at close as possible to all our drop off points. We used YCH for a primary school trip to France. Our driver, Dave, was nothing short of the consummate professional. He was kind, considerate, patient and utterly unflappable in spite of the occasional curveball thrown his way: blocked roads at Calais; diversions; irritating teachers (😁) and being struck by a lorry to name but a few! Chris and the team were incredible to work with. We’ve just had a trip to Paris with Neil. He was excellent, he built a great rapport with the staff team and children. He was adaptive to what we might want and happy to work with whatever we may have wanted to change.

I recently headed a battlefields trip with fellow staff and students from Duke of Kent School (Peaslake, Surrey Hills). Our friendly, cooperative and patient bus driver was David (from Salisbury) who was our coach driver during our (NST) tour to the WW1 Battlefields of Belgium and France. Brilliant Service from Neil – Easter Open 2025 (Wandgas FC) Neil was absolutely fantastic throughout our trip to the Easter Open tournament in Holland this weekend. From the start, he got us to the ferry early and managed to get us on an earlier crossing – both on the way there and back! That made a huge difference for the team. He was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to travel with. Nothing was too much trouble, and he kept everything running smoothly the whole way. We couldn’t have asked for a better pair of drivers for our school ski trip! From the moment we set off, both Dave C and Neil L were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble—whether it was adjusting schedules, helping with loading gear, or just keeping the mood upbeat during long drives. They instantly connected with both staff and students, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Their good humour, patience, and constant smiles made a huge difference and truly elevated the entire experience. Thanks to their calm driving and cheerful attitude, the journeys were smooth, safe, and full of laughter. Both Neil and Dave were a key part of what made this trip so memorable for everyone involved. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough—absolute gems the pair of them! We will certainly be putting a request in to have them for future trips!

Dave C and Neil L were amazing. Cannot fault any part of our ski trip experience over to France! They were extremely professional, attentive and friendly. Coach was really clean, had state of the art facilities (coffee making and excellent TV) and they clearly take pride in their work. We would not only use the company again, but would request both drivers because of how positive our experience was.

This is our second year in a row working with YourCoachHire, and like the previous year, it has gone smoothly. We are so grateful to our drivers and the team for their professionalism, reliability, and friendly service. As a sports team, we rely on our coaches to get us to our events on time and safely, and YourCoachHire has never let us down, in the 2 years of working together.

YCH recently took our students to Cadburys World in Birmingham. The coach was in great condition, comfortable and the drivers were friendly and accomodating. We will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend YCH to other schools.

David took 45 students and 5 staff on a Battlefields school trip to Belgium and France. The coach was comfortable and in perfect condition and David was flexible, helpful, knowledgeable and good company. A good coach driver makes a massive difference on a school trip and David was part of the trip being a success.

Neil and Mateusz were exceptional throughout the entire trip. They were clearly very passionate about their jobs and provided an excellent service throughout where nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly and approachable to the students on the ski trip and made the long coach rides to Austria and back much more bearable. They were punctual on a daily basis for the trips to the slopes and the coach was tidy and well maintained. Would highly recommend YourCoachHire and those two drivers (plus Alan who was our initial feeder driver) in particular.

The owner, Gavin Rutter and Neil Lunn drove our school group to the Battlefields of WW1 and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were professional and kept us involved at all times. Coach drivers have the capacity sometimes to make or break a trip, and they made it. From keeping us all punctual, being flexible with any changes, to the manner with which they handled any setbacks. They made the trip so much easier and took any potential stress out of it. We would happily recommend them to anyone organising a residential trip away.
